AAAAA++++++ experience. I could simply place a “ditto” to all the other reviews that are expressed here, but it would be unfair to Ryan. He truly is an outstanding individual, operates through transparency, honesty, and integrity, and met my needs the entire way through the process—I even had to extend closing by two weeks due to life’s issues interfering with moving out and he met that request with absolutely no concerns or pressure. Ryan made a genuine and sincere offer on my property (upfront with no initial review I might add) and kept his word the entire way through. Ryan will have the property “walked” just to verify existing conditions, but what I thought was going to be an hour or 2 process took less than 10 minutes. Many others were simply a lowball offer in the hopes that they could take advantage of any desperation I MIGHT be experiencing at the time to “hook me”. Even Zillow reviewed the property, put me through a whole bunch of hoops and exercises (which Ryan did not), and then still walked away (because they are clearly seeking “pristine” properties but don’t tell you that up front). The closing agency that Ryan uses is also married to the ideal of transparency and integrity and stated that directly to me at the closing table. They are NOT working in conjunction with Ryan to help promote an unfair transaction, and have dismissed other agents from their office who try to do so. Ryan also stated to me at the closing table himself that if he EVER sensed that the client was in any way uncomfortable, he would offer to cancel the transaction himself because he had no desire to make someone else feel that they were being taken advantage of. He has a desire to feel that he’s getting something out of the deal—which is a completely fair expectation— but also wants to make sure that the client senses they are also being treated fairly and with respect. If you are seeking someone to engage in a transaction of this nature, I highly recommend Ryan. He is truly a person that you could feel completely comfortable closing a transaction with nothing more than a handshake and know that he would keep his word.
